Zorba Creations: Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy

At Zorba Creations, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find that an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below. Our policy is designed to make the process smooth while maintaining high-quality standards.


Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours.
    • Customized or bulk orders may take up to 7 days for processing before shipping.
    • All purchased products will be delivered within 5-7 working days to cities. For remote areas or village, delivery may take 7-12 working days.

  2. Shipping Delays:

    • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Zorba Creations is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Exchange Policy:

    • Exchange not possible in below conditions

    • We do not offer return/exchanges/refunds if you ordered the wrong size or if you no longer like the product or you say quality is not as per your expectation.
    • Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, size charts, and customer reviews before placing an order.
    • Minor shade differences are not eligible for return or exchange (e.g., if you ordered yellow and we delivered yellow but it’s not your preferred shade) its not eligible. A "wrong color" is defined as a significant deviation from what was ordered (e.g., if you ordered blue and received red). 
    • No exchanges for hand-embroidered products or dislike of embroidery due to natural variations in density and style caused by different artisans' techniques.
    • An order can be exchanged only once. Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. If a customer sends back an already exchanged order for another exchange, it will not be accepted and will be returned. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges of Rs.150 or actual charges whichever it is more.

  1. Eligible Exchange:

      • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify, the parcel must be accepted without any visible signs of tampering. Additionally, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment you begin opening the sealed package for the first time. Videos taken after the package has already been opened will not be accepted.
      • Wrong Item Received - If you receive an incorrect item, including the wrong size or color then what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery
      • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
      • Damage and defective product replacement will be done within 5-7 business days.
      • Products damaged by the customer or failing to meet our quality check criteria are not eligible for exchange.

  2. Refunds:

    We currently do not offer refunds. However exchanges are possible for the above conditions.

  1. Process for Initiating an Exchange:

    • Contact Us: Reach out via email, phone, or live chat with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
    • Approval: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if approved.

  2. Conditions for Acceptance:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
    • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted.

  3. Non-Exchangeable Items:

    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for exchange.
    • Final sale items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

  4. Shipping and Handling:

    • Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
    • Tracking details are mandatory to track the return/exchange order, and return/exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will not be liable.

Final Decision Clause

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the discretion of Zorba Creations. Customers must accept the decision made by Zorba Creations, and disputes will not be entertained.
